Ekorative und seltene Weltkarte in zwei Hemisphären. Die Karte zeigt das die Welt nach dem Wissensstand des 18. Vier figürliche Allegorien der Kontinente flankieren die beiden Hemisphären.

A rare and very decorative map of the world in two hemispheres. The map shows the cartographic knowledge of the world in 18th century. The two hemispheres are surrounded by four allegories of the known continents. The map measures 32 x 54 cm (platesize) and is in fair condition. The left quarter of the sheet has been skilfully restored with a facsimile part. A tear in the upper margin has been restored too.
