Contemporary full leather (spine labels gone), octavo, [4], 98, [1], 99-100, [1], 8, 107-160, [1], 160-258, [5], 260- 354, [3], 356-500, [1], 504-525 pages. The inconsistent pagination in the volume probably arose because much of the material was typeset at the end of the each session and was later incorporated into a single volume.

Volume I and II of the three-volume set were originally published in 1792. Volume III was first published in 1797. The laws covered in this volume were passed during the governorships of George Clinton and John Jay Original owner's name written at top of front endpaper (William Christopher).

Covers have edge wear, heavy wear at corners, wear at spine ends and chipped section at top of spine, boards are soiled and rubbed, splits along joint of boards with spine but boards are secure. Front pastedown is scribbled on, endpapers are stained. S signature at top of front endpaper. Title page is dust soiled. Contents are complete and intact with occasional lightly or moderately foxed pages and four pages with heavy stains p.
