Picture sleeves and inner sleeves will have some slight wear, slightly turned-up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear, and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation, or cut corner. In general, if not for a couple of minor things wrong with it, this would be Near Mint.
Very Good = Generally worth 25% of the Near Mint value, Surface noise will be evident upon playing. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as well light scratches, some of the scratches might cause clicks, sleeves and labels might have stickers, pen marks, cello-tape, spine splits and other marks. Good / Good Plus = Generally worth 10-15% of Near Mint value, all defects from above can be present on Vinyl or Sleeve, Will play through with significant surface noise and deep scratches which will cause clicks. Fair/Poor = vinyl might be cracked, some parts of sleeve might be missing.
