In good Victorian Antique condition with typical wear and tear to spine and cover... Pages have minimal foxing, staining for its age..

But the first 20 pages have brittle and worn edges from over shot. Inside board splits have been tape repaired but were not and are not separated.

Rare and solid, if a bit aged.. Some wear from age, use and storage which may or may not include some, none or all of the following: writing/personalized notes on inside covers and title pages(or notes on pages in the case of songbooks and sheet Music), small tears, creasing, etc.... All typical Vintage and antique book wear.
